Erik Žunec

Erik Žunec has extensive experience in the software engineering and IT consulting fields, currently serving as the DBA group lead and consultant at Comtrade Gaming since September 2010, following the company's rebranding from Hermes Softlab. Prior roles include software engineer and project manager at both Comtrade and Hermes Softlab, encompassing responsibilities such as software installation development for Data Protector backup software. Early career experiences include software testing and web development at IOLAR and software testing for Microsoft Office products at Atlantis. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Ljubljana, obtained in 2002, and a degree in Electrotechnician from PTT SŠC.
