Maja Knežević

Maja Knežević has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Maja currently works as a QA Engineer at Comtrade Gaming since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Volunteer Coordinator and Project Assistant at INŠTITUT IRDO, where they coordinated volunteers, assisted with projects, engaged in youth work, and networking.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Daibau International d.o.o. as the Head of Customer Service and Marketing Expert. Maja'srole involved reviewing inquiries, contacting clients and business partners, and contributing to system upgrades and user experience improvement.

Maja also served as a Project Assistant at Univerza v Mariboru in 2019, where they conducted research on communication, conflict management, and interpersonal relationships. Maja has additionally conducted a guest lecture at Staninvest družba za poslovanje z nepremičninami d.o.o.

Earlier in their career, Maja worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Telekom Slovenije, a Research Assistant at Valicon, and a Shop Assistant at various companies including Clark d.o.o., Spar Slovenija d.o.o., Accesorizze, and Beiersdorf d.o.o. Maja gained experience in sales promotion, customer communication, and product introduction.

Throughout their career, Maja has developed strong communication skills, contributed to system upgrades, and gained expertise in project assistance, volunteer coordination, customer service, and research.

Maja Knežević completed their education in a chronological manner. Maja started their academic journey in 2009 at II. gimnazija Maribor, where they obtained a General baccalaureate degree. Afterwards, from 2013 to 2017, they enrolled at Univerza v Mariboru and attained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. Following their undergraduate studies, Maja pursued further education at Univerza v Mariboru and successfully earned a Master of Science in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they have a certification in "Head of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development" from INŠTITUT IRDO, although the exact date of obtaining this certification is not specified.
