Serena Pelagallo

Serena Pelagallo is an experienced professional specializing in cohesion policy and urban development, currently serving as a Cohesion Policy expert at the Comune di Milano since December 2017. In this role, Pelagallo contributes to proximity and social economy initiatives supporting the "15 minutes City" concept. Previously, as a Pilot Project Officer for CENTRINNO, Pelagallo focused on the regeneration of industrial sites into creative hubs, particularly in the fashion and design sectors. Pelagallo also holds expertise as a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist and as a Project Manager for the RICE project, which aims to enhance urban investments. Additionally, Pelagallo has a background as a freelance consultant and senior manager across various organizations, coupled with a degree in economics from Università La Sapienza - Roma.
