Michele Lissia

Michele Lissia has served as the Sindaco di Pavia since July 2014 and has also acted as a Consigliere comunale, being elected twice and serving as Capogruppo from 2016 to 2019, where responsibilities included direction and coordination of an 18-member council group and managing relationships with various administrative offices and media. In addition, Michele held the position of Direttore operativo at First Aid One Italia from March 2022 to June 2024. Educational qualifications include a Dottorato di ricerca in Economia, diritto e istituzioni from Istituto Universitario di Studi Superiori, Pavia, and a Laurea Specialistica in Giurisprudenza from Università di Pavia, as well as completing a Master in Appalti pubblici and an Executive Master in Management delle Aziende sanitarie e Socio-assistenziali. Further international academic experience includes participation in the ERASMUS program at the University of Glasgow.
