Roberto Tilocca

Roberto Tilocca is an experienced professional currently serving as a member of the EC2U Alliance since May 2022 and as Presidente della Commissione IV at the Comune di Pavia since May 2019, focusing on culture, tourism, and institutional relations. Tilocca has a long-standing role as Titolare at TILOCCA ASSICURAZIONI ZURICH PAVIA since 1987 and has held various positions including member of the council at the Comune di Pavia, agent at Tutela Legale S.p.A., and member of the board of the ASSOCIAZIONE PALIO DEL TICINO PAVIA. Education includes a Laurea in Giuridico internazionale from Università di Pavia and participation in the Erasmus program at the University of Liège. Throughout a diverse career, Roberto Tilocca has also contributed to emergency services as a soccorritore with Croce Verde Pavese and served as honorary president of AEGEE-Pavia.
