Rachel Bazan

Rachel is responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing investments for Comvest’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining Comvest, Rachel was a Vice President at Capital Southwest, a credit-focused business development company, where she was involved with sourcing and executing debt investments in lower middle market companies. Prior to Capital Southwest, Rachel worked in the Acquisition Finance group at ING Capital.

Rachel received a B.S. in Economics and Spanish, with a concentration in Financial Economics, from Vanderbilt University. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
