Ajay Gurnani

Ajay Gurnani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in program delivery, customer success, and quality management across multiple organizations, notably Comviva, where Ajay has held various leadership roles since 2008, including Group Vice President and Vice President & Chief of Staff in the CEO's office. Key achievements include leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence, and implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency. Previous experience includes management roles at UnitedHealth Group, Aricent, Yamaha Motor Solutions, Iris Software, Cofuture, and Datanove India, where Ajay focused on quality assurance, process improvement, and software development. Ajay holds an M.B.A. in Operations from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B.E. in Electronics from Nagpur University.
