Wesley Bii

Wesley Bii is an experienced professional in telecom operations, currently serving as Operations Manager for Telecom VAS at Comviva Technologies Limited since August 2011, where responsibilities include managing the Airtel Tanzania account, overseeing capacity and utilization, and handling change management and project planning. Prior to this role, Wesley Bii worked as a Sr. Mobile VAS Consultant, focusing on SLA and KPI management as well as providing L3 support for technical issues. Earlier career experience includes a position as Sr. Engineer for Roaming Products at Alcatel-Lucent from October 2006 to July 2011, managing IP, data, and roaming services along with 24/7 application and VAS service administration.
