Michael Smith has a solid work experience in the construction industry. Michael started their career as a Project Engineer at Nabholz Corporation in 2001 and worked there until 2006. Michael then joined gkkworks as a Project Manager in 2009 and stayed until 2012. Following that, they joined Con-Real, LLC, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President - Construction, Vice President Preconstruction, and currently serves as Executive Vice President starting from 2023. At Con-Real, LLC, they have played a crucial role in managing the teams responsible for delivering CMAR projects, focusing on profit/loss, risk management, business development, strategic planning, and staff development.
Michael Smith obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Arkansas, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Previously, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where they attended from 1995 to 2002.
