Nick Jones is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse background in launching and scaling ventures. Nick is the Founder and CEO of Eat Sleep Launch Repeat, where they advise startup companies on growth strategies and process management. Nick also co-founded and serves as a board member of Con Smania Costa Rica, a boutique hotel that they transformed into a successful retreat center. In 2015, they founded Freaky Foot Tours, a tour agency that achieved significant growth through digital marketing and collaborations with local events and artists. Nick has also held leadership positions at organizations such as Burning Man Project, Sealed, Flight Club, Care About Climate, Lime, Titan Urban Transportation, and Uber, where they played key roles in expansion, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a passion for driving impactful change.
Nick Jones completed their Bachelor's degree in History and Hydrology with a minor in Pre-Law at the University of Arizona in 2014. In the same year, they also obtained another Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Universidad Nacional.
