Carl Freyholtz, CSP, has extensive experience in safety management across various sectors. Since August 2006, Carl has served as a Safety Coordinator at Mayo Clinic, where responsibilities include consulting on safety issues and performing risk reduction assessments. Concurrently, Carl has held the position of Safety Manager at Con-Tech Manufacturing, Inc. since February 2018, focusing on employee incident management and safety training. Carl's volunteer work as a Fire Fighter with the City of Dodge Center from November 2005 to May 2024 includes roles such as Health and Safety Officer and First Responder. Prior military experience as a Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Operations Specialist in the US Army complements Carl’s safety expertise. Carl's educational background includes a Master of Environmental, Health and Safety from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the same institution.
