Denise A. Paulonis

Denise Paulonis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and strategy across various high-profile companies. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Conagra Brands since September 2022, Denise also holds the position of President and CEO at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., where roles include Board Director and Audit Chair. Previous prominent roles include Chief Financial Officer at Sprouts Farmers Market and The Michaels Companies, Inc., as well as senior finance positions at PepsiCo, McKinsey & Company, Bank of America, and Procter & Gamble. Denise holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Miami University.
