Melissa Castrale

Melissa Castrale has extensive experience in food science and product development, currently serving as a Senior Food Labeling Specialist at Conagra Brands since June 2015, following roles as Food Labeling Specialist, Food Scientist, and Associate Food Scientist. Prior to this, Melissa contributed as a Product Development Intern at Conagra Brands, where protocols for peanut butter testing were established. Additionally, Melissa worked as a Product Development Co-Op at Kellogg Company, focusing on the development of fillings for cereals and cracker prototypes. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Purdue University and an MBA from Creighton University.
