Rachel Richter

Rachel Richter currently serves as the VP of Packaging Procurement at Conagra Brands, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Rachel held various leadership roles at Graham Packaging from June 2014 to September 2023, including Vice President of Sales and Global Account Director. Rachel's experience also includes serving as Vice President of Sales at Constar International from December 2009 to April 2014, and progressing through several significant positions at Rexam Beverage Cans from March 2004 to August 2009, culminating as Sales Director for Key Accounts. Earlier in Rachel's career, quality assurance roles were emphasized at Parker Hannifin from September 1995 to March 2004, advancing to Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Academically, Rachel holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
