Annaliza Lacerna

Annaliza Lacerna, MAFM, serves as the Accounting Manager at CONAM Management Corporation since September 2024, bringing extensive experience in accounting management and financial reporting. Previously held the position of Controller at HSMC - MountainWest Real Estate from 2022 to 2024 and returned to CONAM Management Corporation as Accounting Manager from 2021 to 2022. Annaliza also managed accounting functions at Pacifica Companies from 2016 to 2021 and served as Controller at Prime Asset Management, Inc. from 2010 to 2016. Early career experience includes roles as Accounting Assistant/Payroll Coordinator at 1st Pacific Bank of CA and Barone Galasso & Associates, Inc., and General Ledger Accountant at Ace Hardware. Annaliza began the accounting profession as a Junior Accountant at ABS-CBN & Universal Robina Corp. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
