Hellen Schmitt

Hellen Schmitt currently serves as Coordenadora de EHS at Conasa Infraestrutura S.A. since July 2022, previously holding the role of Engenheira de EHS. Hellen has extensive experience in environmental management, having worked as a Senior Environment Analyst at Novartis from May 2017 to March 2022 and an Analista de Meio Ambiente at Seara Agronegócios between September 2013 and May 2017. Key responsibilities include environmental licensing, team leadership and training, project involvement, development and implementation of efficiency indicators, sustainability reporting for regulatory bodies, and managing environmental demands, including waste management and atmospheric monitoring. Hellen possesses an MBA in Project Management from the Federal University of Technology - Parana (2022-2023), a specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering (2015-2016), and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Faculdade Pitagoras (2010-2014).
