Prasanna Bhamidipati, MBA has a significant work experience in engineering roles. Prasanna started their career at Swagelok in 2008, where they worked as an Intern/Associate Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer/Product Engineer. During this time, their responsibilities included designing engineering tooling and fixtures, developing manufacturing set-up gauges, and implementing engineering solutions to reduce production and rework costs.

In 2012, Prasanna was promoted to Design Engineer at Swagelok, where they focused on technology development, product optimization, and participated in cross-functional teams to release new products and develop technology. Prasanna also utilized commercial finite element analysis software to perform design analyses for industrial machine components and related support structures.

In 2015, Prasanna was promoted to Senior Design Engineer at Swagelok, where they became the technical leader for product design and development. Prasanna managed the design engineering team and was responsible for maintaining software quality assurance for engineering design software used in the new product development process.

In 2018, Prasanna joined Conax Technologies as an Engineering Manager, where they played a crucial role in the company's engineering operations. Prasanna was responsible for strategy development, fostering customer engagement, product roadmap development, and market expertise in various industries including aerospace, semiconductor, oil and gas, general instrumentation, power generation, and furnace.

Most recently, in 2022, Prasanna was promoted to the position of Director of Engineering at Conax Technologies. Prasanna became a part of the executive leadership team, where they continued to oversee the company's engineering operations and played a key role in driving future revenue growth.

Prasanna Bhamidipati, MBA, has a diverse educational background. Prasanna earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Structural Mechanics using FEA Techniques from Cleveland State University, graduating in 2011.

Following this, Prasanna pursued further education in business administration and management. From 2019 to 2022, they attended the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their field of study during this time was focused on Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their academic degrees, Prasanna has also earned additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Prasanna obtained a certification as a New Product Development Professional from PDMA - Product Development and Management Association in July 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2018.
