Marcus Kaiser

Marcus Kaiser has a diverse work experience in sales and telemarketing. Marcus currently works as the Head of Telesales at Concardis GmbH since 2023. Before that, they held various positions at 1&1 Telecommunication SE, including the role of Head of Customer Telesales from 2018 to 2023. From 2017 to 2018, Marcus worked at 1&1 Versatel as the Head of Tele & Online Sales, focusing on developing the Direkmarketing Channel for B2B customers. Prior to that, they served as a board member at Telemarkt AG, where they were responsible for company development and key account management. Marcus also held the position of Head of Sales at Telemarkt AG. Earlier in their career, Marcus worked at Deutsche Telekom Kundenservice GmbH as the Head of Outbound Customer Development and at CPx Kontor GmbH as the Head of Direct Sales. Marcus started their career as a Key-Account-Manager at Deutsche Telekom IoT and worked as a Shop Manager at E-Plus Mobilfunk.

Marcus Kaiser completed their education at two different institutions. From 1998 to 2000, they attended Honeywell AG, where they earned a degree in Industriekaufmann. Following this, they enrolled at Goethe University Frankfurt from 2004 to 2007, obtaining a degree in Ökonom with a specialization in Marketing und Vertrieb.
