Jeremy Fleitz

Jeremy Fleitz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leadership and development roles across various companies. Currently employed as a Software Engineer at Conceal since June 2023, Fleitz previously served as a Senior Director and Director of Software Engineering at Capital One from December 2016 to June 2023. Fleitz co-founded Arcade RX LLC, known for organizing the internationally recognized Louisville Arcade Expo. Prior to this, Fleitz held multiple positions at ZirMed, including Director of Technical Operations and Software Engineering, and at UPS as a Developer. Fleitz earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Louisville's J.B. Speed School of Engineering between 1995 and 2000.
