Dallas J.

Dallas J. began their career in 2009 as a Program Manager for the US Army. During their time there, they also held the roles of Senior Operations Manager, Equal Opportunity Program Manager, and Operations Manager. In their role as Operations Manager, they coordinated with internal and external partners on aviation support for operations, developed long-range training plans for 5 organizations, validated operational plans, and provided recommendations to the Chief Operations Officer for procedural updates which enhanced team effectiveness. Dallas also developed a 2-year partnership plan between the U.S. and Korean military for training exercises, planned 5 large-scale training exercises and conducted 2 internal team performance assessments. Additionally, Dallas J. implemented a junior leader development program, reviewed formal school plans for 2,300 personnel, and drafted a standard operating procedure for tracking training completion in proprietary databases. Dallas also facilitated personnel assignments, promotions, awards, evaluations, disciplinary actions, and recognition programs, and provided weekly updates to senior executives on material and maintenance readiness. In 2021, Dallas J. began working as a Project Manager for ConcealFab Corporation.

Dallas J. began their educational journey in 2012 when they attended Tyler Junior College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in General Studies. In 2016, they transferred to Troy University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Global Business in 2019. Afterward, Dallas J. pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, in 2021, Dallas J. obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from Simplilearn.
