Ken Gleasman

Ken Gleasman has held various roles in the supply chain industry since 1997. Ken began their career at Unilever, where they held roles such as Supply Chain Project Manager, Special Packs and Promotional Displays, Global Corporate Audit Manager, and Regional Supply Chain Capabilities. In 2019, they joined the U.S. Census Bureau as a Current Population Survey Field Representative and Supervisor, providing data analysis and creating data visualization tools to support internal processes and evaluate employee performance metrics. In 2021, they were promoted to Lead Census Field Manager, overseeing the training, performance monitoring, and day to day operations of a team of 6 managers, 60 supervisors, and 800 enumerators. Ken is currently employed at ConcealFab, Inc. as an ERP Business Analyst / Project Manager in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Ken Gleasman completed a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Ken then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School. In 2017, they completed Supply Chain Management courses from MITx and RITx Project Management courses from edX. Ken also completed Six Sigma and Lean: Quantitative Tools for Productivity and Quality courses from edX in 2017-2018. In April 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from TUM School of Management Executive Education. Ken also obtained a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in August 2000.
