Sara Sawyer has worked in the customer service industry since 2000. Sara began their career at Natkin Contracting as a Project Coordinator in 2000. In 2003, they moved to JME & Associates as a Field Administrator. In 2006, they joined Kaelus as a Customer Service Manager. In 2017, they began working at ConcealFab, Inc. as a Customer Account Manager. Sara later held the positions of IT Business Analyst/Project Manager - Sales & Customer Service and Customer Service Manager.
Sara Sawyer graduated from The Wharton School in 2019 with a CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) degree in Human Resources/Employee Benefits. Sara began their studies at The Wharton School in 2010.
