Bruce McDowell

Customer Success Manager at Concensus Technologies

Bruce McDowell has worked in the technology industry since 1979. In that time, they have held various roles with different companies. Bruce began their career at DTSS Inc. as a Senior Product Controller and Customer Service Representative. In 1990, they joined Tally Systems Corp. as a Technical Services Consultant in the Professional Services Group. During their time there, they also held the roles of Project Manager in the Channel Support Services and Marketing Specialist. In 2005, they moved to Novell Inc. as a Technology Specialist, and then to McDowell Consulting, LLC as a Technical Services Consultant in 2007. In 2017, they returned to Concensus Technologies as Vice President of Services, and in 2019, they took on a role as a Restaurant Host with Woodstock Inn & Resort. Most recently, in 2021, they returned to Concensus Technologies as a Customer Success Manager.

Bruce McDowell attended Isidore Newman School from 1971 to 1975 and obtained a High School degree. Bruce then attended Dartmouth College from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained an AB degree in Geology. In 2011, they obtained a ZENworks 11 Certified Expert certification from Micro Focus. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Software Asset Manager certification from IAITAM. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional certification from IAITAM.
