Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker has a background in linguistics and history, having served in the U.S. Army as a Russian/Serbian Linguist. Jeff then transitioned to a career as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State. Currently, Jeff is the President of Concentric and has held various high-level executive positions within the company. Jeff holds a BA in Sociology/History from the University of Washington.
