Mark Chaplin has extensive experience in service management, currently holding the position of Service Manager at Concentric Corporation since March 2001. Prior to this role, Mark Chaplin briefly retired in July 2022. Throughout the tenure at Concentric Corporation, Mark Chaplin has developed a strong skill set in managing service operations and leading teams.
