James Coyne has a diverse range of work experience in the energy and consulting sectors. James began their career in 1981 as a State Energy Economist at the Maine Office of Energy Resources. From there, they worked as a Senior Economist at the Massachusetts Energy Facilities Siting Council before joining DRI/McGraw-Hill as the Director of North American Natural Gas Consulting in 1984. In 1989, they became a Senior Consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc., specializing in the international energy practice. In 1990, they transitioned to TotalFinaElf as the Manager of Corporate Planning and Development. From 1996 to 2000, they served as a Managing Director at Navigant Consulting in their Financial Services Practice. Following that, they joined Arthur Andersen LLP as the Managing Director of Andersen Corporate Finance - Energy and Utilities from 2000 to 2002. James then moved to FTI Consulting (Lexecon) as the Senior Managing Director of their Energy Practice until 2006. Currently, they work as the Senior Vice President at Concentric Energy Advisors.
James Coyne has a Master of Science degree in Resource Economics from the University of New Hampshire. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics.
