Ashleen Nicell

Ashleen Nicell is a Senior Manager for Workforce Management (WFM) at Concentrix, where they oversee multiple accounts and manage a team of 200 RTAs across Europe. With a decade of dedicated service at Concentrix and a total of 20 years in WFM, Ashleen has a strong passion for optimizing operations and driving team success. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with Human Resource Management from Ulster University, which they earned between 2004 and 2008. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Scheduling Analyst at Stream Global Services from 2004 to 2009.
