Balaji Vittal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and service delivery sectors. Currently serving as Director at Concentrix since August 2014, Balaji is responsible for overseeing service delivery in Banking and leading global collections processes across multiple geographies. Prior to this role, Balaji held various leadership positions at RBS Business Services Pvt Ltd, including Vice President of International Banking Service & Operations, where strategic initiatives were implemented to drive business growth.
