Bilal Baou

Bilal Baou is currently the Director of FP&A - EMEA, where they develop and oversee the group's long-term financial strategy and annual budget processes. Previously, Bilal worked at ENGIE as a Credit Risk Analyst, supporting assessments and collaborating on various financial projects. They gained financial auditing experience at KPMG France and held leadership roles in transaction advisory at Alvarez & Marsal. Bilal also demonstrated organizational and management skills as President of the Association Altigliss, leading events with significant participation and budget oversight. They earned an MSc in Finance from Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures en Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
