Bill Kunes, PMP®, PCIP®, is a seasoned project management professional with over 25 years of experience in information security and compliance. They have served in various leadership roles, including as Associate Director of Security Governance & Compliance at Concentrix, where they managed a global PCI DSS compliance program. Bill's previous experience also includes significant contributions at Convergys and IBM, where they excelled in areas such as process improvement, data analysis, and team development. Bill holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, along with a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
