Cristen G.

Cristen G. is an accomplished IT professional with extensive leadership experience in project management and service delivery across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Associate Director IT at Concentrix since December 2019, Cristen oversees the PMO and service delivery for over 50 sites in the Philippines and 33 sites in East Asia. Prior to this role, Cristen was the IT Head for Alorica Philippines, Inc., leading a team that supported initiatives across 17 sites in the Philippines and additional sites in India, Japan, and China. Earlier experience includes serving as an IT Leader at Accenture, where Cristen built a project management team and implemented innovative software solutions, and as a Client Services Management Lead at West Corporation, which focused on client retention and account growth through effective project implementation and support.
