Dale McElroy

Dale McElroy is a seasoned leader in customer experience and technology with extensive expertise across multiple industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and technology. Currently serving as a Senior Principal at Concentrix since 2021, Dale heads the Experience Platforms practice, specializing in the design and delivery of omni-channel CX solutions. Prior experiences include roles at TCS as CX Engagement Leader, IBM as Associate Partner for Cognitive Analytics & Marketing Platforms, and significant positions at Aginity, Epsilon, Abacus, DoubleClick, and CSC Advanced Database Solutions. Dale holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from Bellevue University.
