Deborah Gassner

Deborah Gassner is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Experience Design in Healthcare at Concentrix since January 2024, where the focus is on design research and strategy. Prior to this role, Deborah worked as Principal of Experience Design at PK and as Lead Design Strategist in Innovation at Premera Blue Cross, emphasizing a human-centered design approach. Additional positions include Senior User Experience Designer at GE Healthcare, and User Experience Designer at Blink, among others. Deborah’s educational background includes a Master's Certificate in User-Centered Design from the University of Washington and a BFA in Visual Communication from California Institute of the Arts.
