Donia Aboud

Donia Aboud is a seasoned professional with 9 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition field, having held various roles across Cairo and the EMEA region. Donia began their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Stream Global Services Egypt in May 2012 and progressed through key positions, including Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Converges-Concentrix. Currently serving as a Senior Manager within Concentrix’s Global Recruitment Practice, Donia leads teams to enhance talent acquisition processes and technologies. Donia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Cairo University, completed in 2010.
