Heather McAnally

Heather McAnally is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Senior Director for Sales Operations & CRM Delivery North America at Concentrix since October 2013, McAnally has demonstrated expertise in driving results and maximizing profitability. Previously, as Head of Telemarketing at Citation Plc from August 2011 to June 2013, responsibilities included overseeing the Telemarketing department and guiding multiple sectors to optimize business performance in a regulated environment. At The Regus Group from June 2004 to July 2011, McAnally held the role of Global SSC Sales & Operations Director, where achievements included expanding sales operations into Europe and Asia Pacific. McAnally began as General Manager at Answercall Direct from July 2001 to August 2002. McAnally holds a Bachelor's Degree in European Business Studies from Ulster University, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
