Johnny Pablo Rendon

Johnny Pablo Rendon has over 35 years of extensive experience in learning strategy and quality management within the customer service sector. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Strategy and Director of North America Quality at Concentrix since September 1997, Johnny has significantly contributed to the organization's training and quality initiatives. Previously, Johnny held key positions at Convergys from 2003 to 2020, including Director of Learning Strategy and Site Director, and served as Client Services Manager during an earlier tenure at Convergys. Additionally, Johnny served as Sales Manager at Cox Communications from February 1988 to June 1998. Johnny Pablo Rendon holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin, studied between 1985 and 1987.
