Karen Quinia Adducul

Karen Quinia Adducul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President Delivery Shared Services at Concentrix since February 2014, Karen has held several prominent roles within the company, including Senior Director Talent Acquisition and Country Corporate and Recruitment Operations Leader. Prior to Concentrix, Karen worked at IBM Global Process Services from April 2010 to February 2014 as Recruitment Operations Leader and Senior Recruitment Manager for the Talent Acquisition Unit. Beginning a career in January 2007 at Sitel Philippines as Senior Recruitment Manager, Karen also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from De La Salle University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
