Kevin Bottoms

Kevin Bottoms is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in growth strategy and customer experience innovation. Currently serving as Global Vice President for NA Growth & CX Innovation and previously as Vice President of Sales and CX Innovation at Concentrix, Kevin has a proven track record in revenue generation and market strategy, notably as Chief Revenue Officer at Everise. Prior to these roles, Kevin spent a decade at TELUS International, including a position as Global Vice President of Business Development, focusing on customer experience and digital solutions. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Convergys and Knowlagent, where Kevin managed business development and reseller channels. Kevin earned a degree from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
