Lokesh Sati

Lokesh Sati has extensive experience in workforce management, currently serving as a WFM Planning & Scheduling Manager at Concentrix since December 2024. Prior to this role, Lokesh held various positions at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in workforce management. Additionally, Lokesh worked as an Invoicing & WFM Team Leader at Dish TV Inc. and gained team leadership experience in the Accounts and Finance department at Teleperformance. Starting as a Workforce Management Analyst at Teleperformance and earlier as a WFM Analyst at Concentrix Daksh Services India, Lokesh has developed strong skills in Excel, communication, team leadership, and multi-tasking. Lokesh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from IIMT University, Meerut, completed in 2017.
