Loren Pelier is currently a Référente technique IARD at Concentrix, bringing 15 years of professional experience in technical assistance and client satisfaction. They focus on quality management and team development while ensuring adherence to regulations. Previously, Loren worked at Mutuelle de Poitiers Assurances, managing client portfolios and claims in IARD, and gained nearly a decade of experience at Kereis, specializing in claims management for borrower insurance. Loren holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and Human Resources Engineering from Université catholique de l'Ouest and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human and Social Sciences at the same institution.
