Paul Broadhead

Paul BROADHEAD is an experienced sales trainer and learning and development professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Sales Trainer for Microsoft Digital Support Sales at Concentrix since August 2020, Paul previously held the position of Revenue Enablement Manager at Eventbrite for a brief period before the company underwent significant layoffs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to that, Paul worked as a Senior Learning and Organisational Development Manager at NETGEAR, contributing to the launch of Arlo Technologies, and held various roles at Concentrix, including Specialist Sales Trainer and Learning And Development Manager. Paul also has experience as the owner of Headwise Learning UK and served as the UK Learning and Development Manager at Viacom. Paul holds a Diploma in Learning & Development from University College Cork and an AssocCIPD qualification in Training Practice.
