Ratna Puri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and product strategy, primarily at Concentrix from January 2003 to April 2021. As Tech Domain Leader in the Global Product Organization, Ratna led initiatives to modernize the advisor lifecycle and enhance customer interactions through AI-driven solutions. Previous roles included Vice President of Global Platforms & Next Gen Tech, where Ratna focused on creating operational efficiencies and improving customer satisfaction through innovative product strategies. Ratna also contributed to the development of advanced technologies in Global Learning, Quality Assurance & Tech Transformation, and was involved in product research and design as Co-Founder & Director.
