Sudhakar Shetty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and training within the business process outsourcing sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Training & Quality at Concentrix since May 2022, Sudhakar previously held the position of AVP - Quality at Conneqt Business Solutions Limited from June 2021 to May 2022 and at One Point One Solutions from September 2020 to June 2021. Sudhakar also contributed as Senior Director of Quality at Teleperformance India from December 2019 to September 2020. With a robust background at Sutherland Global Services from December 2003 to December 2019, Sudhakar progressed through various roles including Director of Quality & Global Quality Leader for the Travel/Hospitality Vertical, Sr Manager - Quality, Account Manager, Sr Associate Manager Quality, Sr Quality Analyst, and Help Desk Engineer.
