Viktorya Ilieva is an experienced professional currently serving as a Customer Service Advisor at Concentrix since April 2022, where responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and maintaining records of interactions. Additionally, Viktorya holds the position of Content Editor at Victorya Studio, leading projects in videography and photography, with expertise in color grading and editing using tools such as DaVinci, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
