Jacquelyn Mendoza

Jacquelyn Mendoza is an experienced professional in customer experience design, strategy, and operations, currently serving as the Business Unit Head at Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company (CCAC) since July 2018. Prior to this role, Jacquelyn held various managerial positions at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions from March 2004 to June 2018, including Senior Manager for Customer Experience Design and Client Services Manager, where oversight of multiple Asia-Pacific accounts and contract management was key. Jacquelyn's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from De La Salle University.
