Flip Ruby

Flip Ruby has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2009, Flip participated in the PLDT Student Camp program, gaining exposure to work environments and leadership training. They then joined PLDT as a Compensation Specialist and later became an HR Business Partner and Head of Performance Management.

Flip's career took them to ZALORA Group, where they served as an Associate Director and later as the Country HR Head, overseeing human resources and corporate services. They then joined Entrego as the Group Head and Director of Human Resources and Corporate Services, playing a key role in the company's growth.

Next, Flip joined Cortex Technologies Corporation as the VP and Head of CNX, leading different functional groups such as sales, marketing, product management, and customer experience. They also served as the VP of Operations and Head of Cortex Technologies SBU.

Currently, Flip holds key leadership positions at Concepcion Industrial Corporation. They are the Vice President and Business Head for Shark Ninja Philippines, Vice President and Head of Business Development, and Vice President and Business Head of Concepstore.com and CNX. In this role, Flip manages various brands and the company's E-Commerce business.

Throughout their career, Flip has demonstrated a strong background in operations, business development, change management, and human resources.

Flip Ruby received a BS degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, Flip Ruby also attended universitas sanata dharma, where they studied Economics. Additionally, in 2012, Flip Ruby obtained a Certified Management Planner certification from Barker-Hoffman Consulting Inc. In 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Certified Digital Marketer program at the International Institute of Digital Marketing (IIDM). Finally, Flip Ruby completed their high school education at Ateneo de Manila University from 2002 to 2006, earning a High School Diploma.
