Marta Fernández Suárez is an accomplished leader in the field of life sciences and global health, currently serving as the Executive Director of Concept Foundation since April 2025. Previously, Marta held the position of Chief Technology Officer at FIND, a global alliance for diagnostics, where responsibilities included overseeing technical and scientific programs. Marta's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Director of R&D and Technical and Strategy Consultant, as well as key positions at Daktari Diagnostics, where leadership in R&D facilitated the development of innovative diagnostic platforms. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with master's and bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Industrial and Chemical Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull.
