Virendra Patil

Virendra Patil has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Virendra began their career at WNS Global Services as a Senior Customer Service Associate, where they gained valuable customer service skills. Virendra then moved on to eClerx as a Quality Assurance Test Lead, where they facilitated scrum ceremonies and implemented Agile development methodologies. After that, they joined Tech Mahindra as a PM Scrum/Agile Coach, where they scheduled and facilitated scrum ceremonies, encouraged collaboration within the team, and implemented Agile methodologies. Currently, they are working at Toyota Motor Corporation as a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for implementing Agile/Scrum/SAFe best practices, translating business needs into requirements, and facilitating scrum ceremonies. Virendra constantly seeks improvements based on feedback and ensures that proposed solutions enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Virendra Patil completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune. Virendra attended the institute from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google. In terms of additional certifications, Virendra Patil is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in July 2020. Virendra also holds a certification in SAFE - Certified Scrum Master from SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), which they acquired in April 2023.
