Tim Feller

Manager, Customer Success at Conceptboard

Tim Feller has a diverse work experience. Tim is currently the Manager of Customer Success at Conceptboard, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at SAP as a User Experience Consultant from November 2019 to June 2022. At SAP, their role involved conducting trainings, facilitating workshops, and supporting a growing user base for the digital whiteboard tool MURAL. Tim also worked at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, first as a Mitarbeiter im IT-Support from October 2014 to March 2019, and then as a Mitarbeiter im Career Service from March 2019 to October 2019. Additionally, they gained experience as a Praktikant at O+P Consult GmbH for a few months in 2018.

Tim Feller holds a Bachelor's degree in Ethnologie & Psychologie from Heidelberg University. Tim completed this degree from 2013 to 2018. Following their Bachelor's degree, from 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Master's degree in Soziologie, also from Heidelberg University. In addition, from 2020 to 2021, they participated in the Design Thinking basic & advanced Track program at Hasso Plattner Institute.
