Jithesh K.A began their work experience with Interfit India as an Engineer in 2001. Jithesh then moved on to Conceptia Software Technologies Private Limited in 2002, where they held the role of Director of Sales & Service. At Conceptia, they worked as an Authorized Value Added Reseller (VAR) of Dassault Systemes SolidWorks Corporation, offering design, analysis, manufacturing, and product data management solutions.

Jithesh K.A pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production Engineering from Bharathiar University between 1998 and 2001.
